It's easy to make a claim with us. Just download our Claim Form and follow the instructions on it.

You and your Vet should complete and sign the relevant sections and return the form to us at: Club Care Pet Insurance, Furness House, 53 Brighton Road, Redhill, Surrey, RH1 6RD.

If you don't have a printer (or you want to ask us any questions) call us on 0844 770 4620 and we'll send a form out to you.

Please read our Terms & Conditions before making a claim. They apply to policies incepted after 16th August 2008 and renewed after 1st October 2008, and may differ to those from existing policies. If you are already a policyholder please consult your own terms and conditions booklet sent out with your Welcome Pack. Please note if there are any changes to your policy you will be advised at renewal. All terms and conditions should be read in conjunction with any additional information that has been sent to you.
